These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pka365.asia and all services provided by pka365 to registered players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets or wagers on the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which pka365 holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the relevant license authority's dispute resolution procedures.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pka365 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the website accessible at pka365.asia and all associated mobile and web applications. By accessing pka365, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. To register and maintain a pka365 account, you must at all times:
pka365 is committed to preventing underage gambling. KYC age verification is a mandatory prerequisite to the processing of any withdrawal request. pka365 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a Player's use of the Platform, including at the time of first deposit. Any account reasonably suspected of being held by a person under 21 will be suspended pending investigation. If verified as underage, the account will be permanently closed and any Real Money Balance will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming regulations.
Each natural person may maintain only one (1) active pka365 account. The registration of duplicate accounts, whether in the same name or different names, by the same individual constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pka365 will immediately suspend all duplicate accounts upon detection and may permanently close them without prior notice, forfeiting any Bonus Balance associated with those accounts.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. pka365 relies on the information provided to verify identity, process payments, and fulfil responsible gaming obligations. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and termination.
Your pka365 account credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. pka365 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pka365 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
pka365 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or identification of problem gambling behaviour. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pka365 support.
In compliance with international gaming license requirements and anti-money laundering obligations, pka365 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be triggered by any of the following circumstances:
pka365 processes KYC submissions within 24–72 business hours. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of the initial request will result in withdrawal suspension and potential account review.
pka365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Pakistani payment channels, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pka365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or through third-party accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
pka365 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any suspected money-laundering activity will be reported to relevant authorities. pka365 may freeze withdrawals and request additional documentation in circumstances where AML concerns have been identified.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pka365 are subject to this Agreement and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where specified) must be wagered before the bonus balance and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each offer are clearly stated in the promotion terms. Attempts to withdraw funds prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated therefrom.
pka365 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has participated in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotions through low-variance betting strategies, arbitrage betting across platforms using bonus funds, or collusion with other Players to accumulate bonus benefits.
The pka365 Rewards Programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Reward Points are earned at the rate published in the Rewards section of the Platform and are credited automatically to your account. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts. pka365 reserves the right to modify Reward Point earn rates, tier thresholds, and redemption values with seven (7) days' written notice to Players.
All bets placed on pka365 are subject to pka365's sportsbook rules, which include but are not limited to market-specific settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play betting restrictions. pka365 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including where the bet is made at odds considered to be manifestly erroneous due to technical error, data feed failure, or human error.
Cricket betting markets on pka365, including PSL markets, are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or reduction of overs, markets will be settled or voided in accordance with pka365's cricket-specific settlement rules, which are published in the Help section of the Platform.
The Cash Out feature, where available on pka365 sportsbook markets, allows Players to settle open bets before the relevant event concludes. Cash Out values are calculated in real time based on current market odds and may not always represent a profit. pka365 reserves the right to suspend Cash Out availability on any market at any time without prior notice.
Betting on pka365 carries financial risk. Players are reminded that no betting system guarantees a profit and that past results do not predict future outcomes. pka365 encourages all Players to set and maintain deposit and loss limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pka365. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pka365's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by that Player to their pka365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
pka365 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or loss of reputation, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether such losses arise in contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether or not pka365 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
pka365 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may periodically affect Platform availability. pka365 will not be liable for any gambling or financial losses arising from Platform unavailability.
The collection, use, retention, and protection of your personal data by pka365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By creating a pka365 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pka365 retains Player personal data, transaction records, and account activity logs for a minimum period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with international gaming license regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.
pka365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Agreement will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of pka365 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pka365 holds its active international gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits pka365's rights to seek interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of pka365, you should first contact our support team at the email address listed in the footer of this page. pka365 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through this process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under pka365's gaming license authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
